Acknowledgements
The "Total Comfort System Story" was originally printed in the late 1960s by the Detroit Better Heating and Cooling Bureau to educate consumers on the benefits of hiring a qualified residential HVAC contractor to install a quality total comfort system.
Acting on a recommendation from the SMACNA Detroit chapter, SMACNA's Board of Directors established a task force to re-write the original document and make it available to all SMACNA members and chapters to educate consumers throughout the country. The task force consisted of the following individuals:
