The program includes one-on-one coaching, video-taped sessions, and practice activities to improve content and delivery of speeches. Participants learn public speaking techniques to increase their influence in talks before clients.

Kathy de Jong, principal of Performance Management, and Chris Bennett, a coaching consultant, are leading the program.
