SMACNA’s Project Managers Institute April 19-21 in St. Louis, Mo., offers the latest ideas in business practices from leading industry experts. Tailored specifically for the sheet metal and HVAC industry, the sessions are conducted by FMI and include management, leadership, project planning, customer-focused construction, ethics and integrity, financial management, time management, change order management, and standards/best practices.

This 2½-day institute builds project management skills by strengthening proficiency in communication, planning, leadership and business. Participants will work together in teams and engage in interactive, industry-specific exercises.

The institute is recommended for project managers with two to five years of project management experience. All of SMACNA’s business management programs sold out last year – so register now! The program is limited to 20 participants.
