Due to popular demand, “Basic Principles of Project Management,” an online project management course offered through Drexel University, will be available for a second session this fall.
The 10-week, online class, will take place Sept. 22 - Dec. 14. The course will review basic principles of successful project management in a step-by-step approach. Beginners with limited project management experience will learn planning, negotiating contracts, work breakdown structures, scheduling, budgeting and resource planning.
Students will receive three college credits for the course and a certificate from SMACNA. Students will need a computer with Internet access and an e-mail address. In addition, students are required to purchase the course textbook.
