Registration is free of charge and open to SMACNA Contractors, chapter executives and SMWIA local union officials negotiating in 2003 and 2004. Such individuals should presently serve on negotiating committees, as fund trustees or other labor-management committees. Because this type of training is effective only if labor and management are trained concurrently, to participate, both labor and management from a local area must participate.
