Beautiful weather, lush tropical scenery, Maui beaches and magnificent hotels set the stage for one of SMACNA’s best-attended (1,400 ) conventions. Despite the lure of sun, sand and numerous tropical temptations, SMACNA’s 61st annual convention sessions and forums were well attended (standing room only in some).
It’s been an interesting, challenging, rewarding and fun year serving as your President of this great organization. SMACNA has been working throughout these difficult years trying to position the organization and its members to be best equipped to take advantage of the market’s coming prosperity.
On Wednesday Oct. 27, SMACNA President Mark Watson recognized three SMACNA members who exhibited outstanding efforts in the legislative arena on both local and national levels.
