Experienced SMACNA Contractors know that their best project managers take ownership of their projects. This concentrated 2½ day program aims to build upon existing project management skills and strengthen proficiency.

*Recommended for project managers with two to five years project management experience. Participants should have some field experience and/or a college degree.

Registration Information:
The registration fee includes program materials and planned activities each day. Accommodations are paid separately by attendees. To reserve your place in the program, submit the online registration form with payment no later than March 1, 2019.

$1,995 before March 1, 2019
$2,195 after March 1, 2019*


*Additional registrants from the same company will receive a $200 discount which will be applied upon verification of second registrant application. 

Hotel Accommodations

Hotel accommodations are booked for you at the host hotel, Embassy Suites Raleigh - Crabtree on a first come, first serve basis, upon payment of the meeting registration fee. The room rate is $139, plus applicable taxes. 

A credit card is required to guarantee your hotel reservation, and must be presented at check-in for payment of your room, tax and incidental charges.

About the Instructors

Andrew Patron, Senior Consultant, FMI
Andy specializes in the creation and implementation of training programs designed to develop world-class leadership and organizational effectiveness. His enthusiastic approach draws from real-world experience in management and the construction industry. Andy has worked with private and public sector owners and contractors for more than 20 years.

Brian Dwyer, Consultant, FMI
Brian works to help contracting firms grow profitably and achieve operational excellence. He has firsthand experience managing large and complex construction projects in both the public and private sectors. By leveraging his extensive knowledge of project delivery methods, controls, risk management and industry best practices, he has demonstrated an ability to work with contractors to develop and execute strategic and operational objectives.
