Attendees registering with a hotel room will have hotel accommodations made on their behalf on a space-available basis upon payment of the meeting registration fee. Attendees will pay for hotel accommodations upon arrival. A credit card must be presented at check-in to pay for the room, tax, and incidental charges. If you have requested to extend your stay beyond the program dates, or have requested an additional room, please keep in mind that additional room nights are based upon availability authorized by the hotel. The SMACNA Meetings Department will contact you if the room block is full or there has been a rate change.
Room Rate: $329, plus taxes and fees
The hotel cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged one night's stay.
