At Warren Roofing and Insulating Co. of Walton Hills, Ohio, the company has a keen reputation for going out of its way to make their employees feel valued, appreciated, and cared for.
This SMACNA contractor was recently named the No. 1 small employer on The Plain Dealer’s 100 Top Workplaces for 2016.
“It all starts with the people. From the top down we have industry professionals who take great pride in what they do,” said president Trevor Cost, son of retired president Curt Cost and grandson of founder Alex Cost.
The firm now employs 116 workers, including several third-generation workers, too. Some employees have been with the company for decades. Workers say they feel like they contribute to the success of the business every day and that they matter to the company.
