She counseled participants to breathe, slow down, and “take the time to listen to yourself,” to awaken your inner joy and connect with your natural self. She led participants through a guided visualization to learn what brings you the most joy in life.
“If you want to change direction in your life, change your breath. You can really make a change in your life.”
