SMACNA’s Financial Bootcamp, May 6-9, in Tempe, Ariz., will help SMACNA members fully grasp their company’s financials to make the best possible decisions.
During this in-depth program, attendees will learn financial management techniques using practical methods and case studies that simulate real-world business experiences.
SMACNA encourages members to bring their company’s financial statements to have the opportunity to evaluate their organization’s financial condition. The program's instructor, John Murdough, CPA, MBA. will provide participants with a one-on-one analysis to help evaluate their firm’s financial condition.
Mr. Murdough, who teaches at Arizona State University’s Del E. Webb School of Construction, presents an easy-to-understand approach to accounting and financial issues for construction firms.
