Leadership & Company Culture: Putting Your Culture into Action

Your company’s culture separates you from the competition. It is a primary reason why customers do business with you and why employees want to be part of your team. Company leaders are responsible for building, implementing and protecting your company’s culture, but many are not sure what to focus on to have the greatest impact.

Join us for this interactive session, led by Jeff Plant of BDR, to find out where you can have the most impact on your culture. He will discuss four key building blocks for developing your company’s unique culture as well as how you can put your culture into action. You’ll walk away with tools and ideas to ensure your company culture has a positive impact on your customers, your employees, and your bottom line.
