NHF Webcast – Pandemics and Productivity: Quantifying the Impact

  • Quantifying the impacts for the purpose of seeking equitable compensation for lost productivity

  • Adequately price upcoming work that will take place under pandemic-driven work rules and conditions

  • GuyGast_colorProperly formulate financial projections that take into account stress on cash flow due to both decreases in productivity and the associated increases in overhead costs

The webcast will also introduce a new change order calculator tool to assist members in determining the impact amounts.
