The federal government has a unique process for purchasing construction services which can result in missed opportunities for some bidders. The good news? Contractors can dispute the outcome of a bid.
The Federal Bidder Protest Process webinar offered contractors a tour through the protest process. It presented various options a contractor may have, depending upon the type of contracting vehicle the government is using, for contesting an outcome. A summary of the main points covered in the four other Federal Contracting webinars presented by SMACNA in 2020 was also provided.
