The latest update to SMACNA’s PPP FAQs includes the addition of questions 101–114 and address the Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act, which was included as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021. The Act was passed by Congress on December 21, 2020 and signed into law by the president on December 27, 2020.
