How Data Can Make Your Website Better

SMACNA chapter websites have a diverse audience—contractors, engineers, students—all with different interests and needs. Like SMACNA, a food bank serving Chicago and Cook County has a variety of audiences for their website—all with different interests and needs. Last year the food bank launched a new website, to improve both the structure and the content of their site to better serve the needs of their many audiences. By continually monitoring their site’s analytics, they have been able to increase engagement and reduce bounce rates on their landing pages.
