The Construction Labor Research Council’s (CLRC) Settlements Report from January through June 2018 is now available.
This latest report provides summaries of hundreds of negotiated wage and fringe benefits agreements for the construction industry in the United States. Data are categorized in a variety of ways, including by craft, geographic region, and year, showing both dollars and percentage changes. Historical data and future trends are also covered.
The data shows the first six months of new settlements from January to June 2018 for union crafts in the construction industry experienced an average increase of 3.0 percent ($1.69), while SMACNA members average first year settlements for the same period is 3.1% ($1.66).
