Project Managers Institute (PMI) continues to be one of the most popular educational programs offered by SMACNA. The Fall 2019 edition will be held from September 22-25 in Denver, Colorado. Participants will be taught the essential skills of effective project management by industry experts Andrew Patron and Brian Dwyer from FMI Corporation.
The PMI program will cover topics that include management, leadership, project planning, time management, and financial management. Participants will learn firsthand how successful industry project managers take ownership of their projects by strengthening their proficiency with the above listed skills.
Both Patron and Dwyer will work with PMI participants to stress the importance of learning how to select future projects that will maximize profits and lead to higher rates of customer satisfaction. Those in attendance can expect to walk away from the two-and-a-half-day PMI program with the ability to develop and grow profitable customer relationships, build and lead dynamic project teams, and have the knowledge of how to understand and master financial control of projects.
SMACNA members interested in attending can do so by visiting the Fall 2019 PMI registration page. Register by August 1 to take advantage of the $200 early registration discount. Space is extremely limited, so complete your registration today.
