Meet the Presenters

Guy is President of The Waldinger Corporation – Iowa Division, which employs 1,700 construction and service professionals in Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri and Kansas and is a premier Midwestern MEP and truck-based service provider. From 2015–2016, he served as SMACNA President. For over a decade, he has been a contributor to and Chair of the New Horizons Foundation. He served as a co-chair of the Foundation’s 2018 Study, “Productivity Tracking in the HVAC and Sheet Metal Industry for Design, Manufacturing and Installation.”

David-Francis 300x317David Francis. David is a co-fouder of, where he serves as Chief Technology Officer. He has extensive expertise managing MEP Design/Build construction projects, and has held positions as a general foreman, project, BIM/VDC and MEP manager. David focuses on finding solutions that provide the most value and increased process efficiency on the jobsite. A frequent industry speaker, David also serves as the AGC BIM Forum MEP Group National Chairman, and the MEP group lead on the LOD Specification committee
