The two open a dialogue about best practices chapters can employ to communicate with membership, along with how to share the value of working with signatory contractors with external stakeholders. Seth and Julie also talk about how the recent visit of Acting Labor Secretary Keith Sonderling to the chapter was an example of multichannel communication.
