Biden Administration Marks Six-Month Anniversary of Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill

Since the passage of the legislation, over $110 billion worth of funds have been disbursed to municipalities across the United States.

The White House highlighted the six-month anniversary of the passage of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, otherwise known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill. According to the Biden administration, over $110 billion in project funds is already heading to states, Tribes, overseas trust territories, counties, and cities. Over 4,300 projects across all of these municipalities have been launched as of May 2022.

Within the proclamation celebrating the six-month anniversary, the White House promoted several tools that stakeholders can utilize to understand the law’s impact better. These include maps highlighting project locations and state-level funding

In addition, Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm held a webinar to outline the progress that has been made in the implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
