The Federal Reserve has released the last Summary of Commentary on Economic Conditions by Federal District, otherwise known as the Beige Book. The Beige Book is a collection of economic data and indicators from the various banks in the Federal Reserve system. Since 1970, the Beige Book has collected information that could be used in predicting market activities. This guide has been used by several major publications such as The New York Times and the Washington Post as a means to better understand market conditions and forecast the future economic climate.
