JM Seeks Mechanical Contractors for Contractor Advisory Council

Premier Partner company Johns Manville is hosting an in-person forum (with travel expenses paid) for mechanical contractors on April 25-27.

Johns Manville is looking to receive direct feedback from SMACNA mechanical contractors to help them grow and evolve to meet the needs and demands of the market.

The upcoming Mechanical Insulation Contractor Advisory Council (CAC) in Defiance, OH, from April 25-27, is open to all interested SMACNA mechanical contractors regardless of whether they currently use JM products. Participants will be given a platform to provide their feedback and voice their opinions to Johns Manville’s mechanical insulation product managers.

This CAC will be an open forum for participants to give their input on:

  • The trends you see taking place in the market
  • What are you hearing from the field about products
  • How we at Johns Manville better serve you
  • The pain points you need to have addressed
  • How we, as a manufacturer, can offer more value to you

The current slate of events for the CAC includes a group dinner on Tuesday, April 25. Then, the next morning, transportation will be provided to a discussion group session at Defiance College, where JM will get mechanical contractor input on the aforementioned topics. After lunch, there will be a JM Defiance plant tour. Next, travel will be provided to nearby Detroit for a fun evening event. Thursday, April 27, will be for traveling or catching a flight home.

Johns Manville will fully cover the following expenses:

  • Airfare and transportation to and from Detroit/Defiance
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Meals during the event
