Registration remains open for the 2023 CEA National Issues Conference. This event allows attendees to learn more about the proposed laws and regulations impacting your business and the construction industry as a whole.
The conference, running from May 2nd-May 4th, allows SMACNA members to lobby Members of Congress and their staff on issues critical to our industry. It also allows you to network and connect with fellow industry stakeholders.
The event will be held at the Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf. View the all-association preliminary agenda here (agenda subject to change based on speaker availability). Please note: SMACNA-only events being held on the evenings of May 2nd and May 3rd do not appear on the all-association agenda. Please note that the hotel room block will close on April 5th.
Also, Jessica Looman, the Principal Deputy Administrator for the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division will serve as the keynote speaker for the May 3rd session. Ms. Looman has a long history of public service related to the skilled trades both nationally and in the State of Minnesota. You can view her biography here.
