McGraw Joins Labor Relations Department

Former New York legislative aide will serve as a Labor Relations Project Manager

Caroline McGraw

Caroline McGraw has joined the SMACNA Labor Relations team as Labor Services Project Manager.  She is a 2022 graduate of The Catholic University of America where she earned a degree in Political Science and Intelligence.  Caroline served in the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, as Upstate New York press intern for United States Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer, and as a field organizer for New York Governor Kathy Hochul. She also managed her local municipal pool where she oversaw a staff of 50 and helped draft the COVID response protocols. 

Originally from Niskayuna, New York, Caroline lives in Arlington, Virginia, and coaches USA Swimming when she’s not in the office. She is a member of Women in Government Relations as well as Vote Common Good and was one of 10 young women in the country to earn the Girl Scout National Gold Award and is a Presidents Volunteer Service Award recipient
