The Annual Business Meeting of the members of SMACNA will take place on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at approximately 7:45 a.m., at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in the Broadmoor Hall A/Broadmoor Hall, for the following purposes:
- To elect 4 U.S. Board of Directors members and 1 Canadian Board of Directors member, all of whom will serve 4-year terms beginning September 15, 2022, and expiring at the conclusion of the 2026 SMACNA Annual Convention.
- To transact other such business as may properly come before the Annual Business Meeting of this Association.
