Registration Now Open for Senior Project Leadership Institute

This program will equip project managers with the knowledge and advanced techniques they need in order to adapt to the challenges of running a complex sheet metal project.

The SMACNA Senior Project Leadership Institute will take place in Rosemont, IL, from May 7-10. This program is designed to teach project managers how to anticipate and overcome the challenges of running a complex sheet metal project.

Participants will be immersed in a simulated world, running a complex sheet metal project involving many associated challenges and complications. Through this real-world simulation, participants will  manage the project scope, estimate the cost to complete the project, develop the budget, manage billings and cash flow, and manage change orders.

Most importantly, participants will learn to think strategically about a project  enabling them to improve their skills in identifying and managing its financials. The program will address many critical operational aspects and complexities project managers face today, from site logistics to project tracking and forecasting.
