The SMACNA Senior Project Leadership Institute will take place in Rosemont, IL, from May 7-10. This program is designed to teach project managers how to anticipate and overcome the challenges of running a complex sheet metal project.
Participants will be immersed in a simulated world, running a complex sheet metal project involving many associated challenges and complications. Through this real-world simulation, participants will manage the project scope, estimate the cost to complete the project, develop the budget, manage billings and cash flow, and manage change orders.
