Members from SMACNA Brasil traveled to Atlanta, GA, for the AHR Expo. Throughout their time at the show, the group saw some of the state-of-the-art developments emerging from the field and looked at some of the products and services offered.
To make the most of their time in the Atlanta area, SMACNA Brasil also arranged with SMACNA to visit a pair of Georgia-based SMACNA Members: RF Knox & BHW Sheet Metal.
During their visit, SMACNA Brasil learned first-hand about the operations, technologies and processes used by SMACNA members in the United States. They received hands on information and training on various topics, including BIM-Shop Fabrication, Field Operations, and Labor Training.
SMACNA Brasil Members are a mix of designers/contractors/product vendors/manufacturers operating within the South American nation. By visiting the AHR Expo and visiting a pair of successful U.S.-based contractors, these members learned strategies and best practices they can take home and apply to their own businesses.
