Two construction industry trade publications, Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration (ACHR) and Construction Business Owner Magazine, are conducting awards to recognize the growing role of women in the construction sector.
ACHR is running the Women in HVAC contest; an event meant to “highlight women making a difference in the HVAC industry.” Entries for this particular program are due on August 15, and winners will be highlighted in a special edition of ACHR.
Meanwhile, Construction Business Owner Magazine is running the Outstanding Women in Construction 2022 recognition program. Individuals can be nominated by their peers until September 2, and those who are selected will be featured in Construction Business Owner Magazine both online and in print.
