SMACNA Interview: Ernie P. Menold and Bob Atwell

Ernie P. Menold and Bob Atwell from Philadelphia-based Ernest D. Menold, Inc. sit down with Jeff Henriksen at the 2022 SMACNA National Convention in Colorado Springs, CO. Bob and Ernie talk about some of the projects their company has been working on in several critical infrastructure areas. One of these efforts is their work with the pharmaceutical industry, where they are working on facilities responsible for producing essential vaccines. They also talk about the strength of their workforce and some of the career development programs that are going on within the company. Ernie and Bob also discuss some of their strategic marketing efforts and how they want to increase customer awareness of the services their firm offers. Finally, they discuss some events celebrating Ernest D. Menold’s 75th anniversary.
