The new Tubeformer 2.0 replaces the existing versions 1.6E and the 2.0 for a more powerful tubeformer. The Tubeformer 2.0 is a workhouse model combining the benefits and features of both previous models, offering both high-speed and heavy gauge capacities.
This machine can produce spiral pipe from 14-28 gauge thickness with maximum speeds of 287-344 ft/min depending on gauge and has a diameter range from 3”-100”. Lockformer’s Tubeformer 2.0 is a revolutionary spiral tubeformer that is not only one of the most compact machines on the market, but also one of the most efficient.
Powered by a frequency drive electric motor, the Tubeformer 2.0 runs quietly while reliably producing smooth, high-quality spiral pipe. Additional features of the Lockformer Tubeformer 2.0 include:
