As an Operations Manager at Southland Industries, Bryce Barler brings over 20 years of experience in the mechanical contracting and project leadership industry, with a specialized focus on delivering high-performance solutions across healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, sporting venues, and research facilities. Bryce has overseen the full project lifecycle—from planning and design to execution and closeout—ensuring mechanical, plumbing and controls systems meet the unique demands of each environment. 

With deep expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems, he has led many multi-million-dollar complex projects with multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically complex projects on time, within budget, and with an uncompromising commitment to quality and safety. Whether managing the intricacies of hospital MEP infrastructure, the fast-paced demands of sports arenas, or the stringent environmental systems in research facilities, Bryce brings a strategic, detail-driven approach to every build while maintaining a great client working relationship. 

Known for fostering strong client relationships and driving operational excellence, Bryce excels at aligning project execution with client goals while navigating regulatory compliance, tight timelines, and evolving field conditions. Bryce is also passionate about mentoring emerging PX’s, PM’s, PE’s, streamlining processes through technology, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
