With 25 years in the mechanical construction industry, Chris Hronek is a card-carrying Local 18 Sheet Metal Worker who understands the real-world struggles that occur across all phases of a project. Having seen the disconnects between the field, the fabrication shop, and the office firsthand, Chris transitioned into technology management to help bridge those gaps. He is passionate about leveraging his deep, hands-on knowledge of the trades to solve real problems, focusing on practical solutions that actually make sense for the teams doing the building.
