Jeff Elwell

Jeff Elwell serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at E.M. Duggan, a fifth-generation, family-owned business specializing in plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection. In his role, Jeff has been instrumental in driving innovation and technology adoption within the company, particularly through the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other advanced technologies. Elwell’s career path is notable for its diversity. He eventually found his niche in construction technology, leveraging his skills in art and software. His expertise in basic programming languages and a shift towards BIM from traditional architecture led him to his current position. During his tenure at E.M. Duggan, Elwell has focused on overcoming the limitations of existing technologies by developing custom tools and software solutions. His efforts aim to enhance efficiency, improve communication, and ensure the delivery of high-quality information to various stakeholders within the company.
