Russell Kimball

Russell Kimball is the Owner of Evergreen State Sheet Metal, Inc., (aka Evergreen State Heat & AC) a company specializing in residential and light commercial HVAC and electrical services across the greater Seattle area. With over 25 years at the helm, he has expanded the business with additional divisions: Evergreen Eastside (company acquisition), and Evergreen State Electrical Services (organic growth). A seasoned entrepreneur, Russell brings expertise in residential HVAC sales, finance, and turnaround restructuring.

He holds a MBA from the University of Washington, where he received the Faculty Award for Outstanding MBA Student Service, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UMass Amherst, graduating summa cum laude. He was also a LEED Accredited Professional and is presently a licensed Electrical Administrator in the State of Washington.

Russell has been a dedicated SMACNA leader for over two decades, currently serving as President of the Western Washington Chapter (2025–2026). He chairs the Education Committee and sits on the Finance, Labor-Management, and Residential Oversight Committees, with past service on SMACNA’s National Residential Steering Committee.
