With our new process, there are a few changes to the registration and hotel booking process.

All registrants will book their hotel rooms directly with the Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago using the SMACNA room block. The registration confirmation email you will receive has the link to book your hotel. Here is that hotel registration link if you cannot find it on the email.
Group registration is being developed but is not yet functional. For Fab Forum 2026, individuals will need to register themselves. If you have any issues, please contact Erica Linskey at elinskey@smacna.org. Please remember that attendees will need to make their hotel reservations directly with the hotel.

The Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago offers a complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport 24 hours a day.

The shuttle departs from the main entrance of the hotel and picks up from Terminal 2 and Terminal 5.

Terminals 1, 2, & 3: Shuttle picks up from Terminal 2, door 2A, in the middle lane.

Terminal 5: Exit the terminal from door 5E. The hotel shuttle will pick up from the middle lane.
