Let's Meet the Panel: 

Stephen Yoch brings extensive experience as a business attorney at Felhaber Larson, providing comprehensive legal counsel to a diverse range of clients. His practice spans multiple industries, including manufacturing, construction, technology, real estate development and trade associations.

As outside general counsel, Steve assists clients with business acquisitions and sales, construction agreements, land transactions, business contracts, and cybersecurity prevention and response. His broad legal knowledge and responsive approach have earned him a reputation for delivering efficient, practical solutions to complex challenges.

 

Alexandra E. Diwik focuses her developing practice at Felhaber Larson on employment law and business litigation. A 2024 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and magna cum laude graduate of Colgate University, Alexandra brings a fresh perspective and practical approach to employment matters, including discrimination and harassment cases.

Alexandra approaches her work with dedication and a commitment to thorough analysis and effective advocacy. Her practice encompasses both employment litigation and general business disputes, where she applies her analytical skills to develop strategic solutions.

 

Stanley E. Kolbe, Jr. is the Executive Director of Government and Political Affairs for SMACNA. Mr. Kolbe has been a construction industry Washington representative for the construction industry for over 3 decades, working on industry issues representing SMACNA and, before that, the American Institute of Architects. Earlier in his career, Stan worked for the US Conference of Mayors and the United States Senate Small Business Committee.
