The March 25 program will lay out 9-step strategic planning process and explore real-world tools, examples, and facilitation strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of SMACNA Chapters and Boards of Directors.

This full-day, in-person workshop equips Chapter Executives with the skills to confidently facilitate strategic planning within their own chapters or support smaller chapters that lack access to or budget for external consultants. It is a train-the-trainer session.
Participants will learn a practical 9-step strategic planning process and explore real-world tools, examples, and facilitation strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of SMACNA Chapters and Boards of Directors.
The training will be held at SMACNA’s office in Chantilly, Virginia, from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Due to the interactive format, remote participation is not available, and space is limited. Attendees must be available to attend the entire session.
