SMACNA is issuing a pair of requests for proposals (RFPs) as it seeks to update the Contractor Operations Manual.

The two RFPs are:

• Full Rewrite and Modernization of the SMACNA Change Order Manual for the Contractor Operations Manual
• Managing, Preventing, and Defending Against Back Charges Addition to the SMACNA Contractor Operations Manual
