Recap: September 2023 Project Managers Institute

Program included interactive presentations on management, leadership, project planning, time management, and financial management to equip them with a personalized action plan to implement upon return to their companies.

SMACNA recently held a Project Managers Institute from September 17-20 in Denver, Colorado. Program presenters Richard Reese and Stephen Staff from FMI Corporation worked with participants to give them the essential skills to be effective project managers. This included interactive presentations on management, leadership, project planning, time management, and financial management. Through several interactive exercises, participants learned the importance of the 3 Cs – Communication, Cooperation, and Collaboration. Participants left the program with a personalized action plan to implement upon return to their companies.
