Process allows SMACNA to better understand the labor climate for the upcoming year.

The SMACNA Annual Labor Report Survey captures key information that will be used in the preparation, budgeting, and project planning for the upcoming calendar year. The survey also enhances SMACNA’s overall understanding of labor relations in local areas.
After completing the survey, you will receive an email confirmation with a copy of your submitted responses. Please note that all surveys must be completed by January 13, 2023. If you cover more than one area, SMACNA asks that you complete one survey for each area you cover.
SMACNA will provide a summary of the survey’s full findings and results in the Annual Labor Report, which will be issued in March 2023. The report measures work hours, including work-hour projections, changes to the contractor base in local regions, grievance activity, and labor-management relations.
