Learn more about not only the impact of sexism in the workplace, but what steps can be taken to address and prevent this behavior.
The latest BE4ALL Toolbox Talk on Sexism is now available. Sexism, a form of gender bias, is any kind of prejudice, discrimination, or stereotyping based on a person’s gender. Examples of sexist behavior include (but are not limited to) making derogatory comments and jokes, excluding, or mistreating someone based on their gender, making inappropriate or lude gestures, and not offering equal opportunities based on one’s gender.
This Toolbox Talk will not only help you and your team understand the impact of sexism, but how to address and prevent this behavior in the workplace and help encourage a workplace free of harassment and where individuals are valued for their skills.
