When a project required exceptionally large spiral duct diameters—reaching up to 62 inches—Spiracoustic Plus® proved to be the ideal solution. This advanced duct liner is engineered with evenly spaced kerfs, allowing it to seamlessly conform to the curvature of large-diameter spiral ductwork while maintaining a smooth, durable airstream surface. The proprietary Permacote® coating enhances durability and provides added protection against microbial growth, ensuring long-term system performance.

In this installation, more than 450 total feet of oversized duct sections were completed using Spiracoustic Plus®, including 38-inch, 50-inch, and 62-inch diameters. Despite their scale, these duct runs were efficiently produced thanks to the liner’s lighter weight compared to traditional double-walled systems. This helped streamline handling, fitting, and assembly—critical advantages when working with large, exposed ductwork designs.

Beyond ease of installation, Spiracoustic Plus® contributes to visual consistency and acoustic comfort in spaces where ductwork remains exposed.
