Keynote and President’s Lunch Table Reservation Deadline EXTENDED!

Reservations help SMAC-AF fund the behind the scenes work that ensures SMACNA’s voice is heard where it matters most.

By popular demand, the deadline for the Keynote and President’s Lunch reservations has been extended to Tuesday, June 30
Chapters can reserve tables directly online, making it quick and easy to secure your space:

  • $1,000 per table for the Monday Keynote Lunch
  • $1,000 per table for the Wednesday President’s Lunch
  • $1,500 per table for both lunches

In addition, because table reservations directly support the SMAC Administrative Fund (SMAC‑AF), these contributions will count toward your chapter’s placement in the all-new SMAC-AF Leadership Club, an initiative created to strengthen SMACNA’s advocacy efforts:

Thank you to the following chapters for supporting the SMAC Administrative Fund by reserving their Keynote and President’s Lunch tables:

*Current level based on total contributions to SMAC-AF, including those made by chapter, chapter contractor members, and individuals.

While SMACPAC focuses on supporting candidates and elections, SMAC-AF funds the behind‑the‑scenes work that ensures SMACNA’s voice is heard where it matters most. Additionally, contributions to SMAC-AF are considered a direct, association-supportive business contribution and have generally been deemed tax-deductible (please consult your accountant for specific state and local tax guidance on non-political association contributions and donations).

Best of all, your chapter can become aFounding Member of the SMAC-AF Leadership Club through your table purchase, with all contributions counting toward your Leadership Club level.

Ask your Chapter Executive to reserve tables TODAY by completing the online reservation form.
