Lockformer’s Spiral Tube Former 2.0 is the newest addition to the spiral tube former series. Combining the best features of previous models, it offers both high-speed and heavy-gauge capacities.

This compact, efficient machine can produce spiral pipe from 14–28 gauge at speeds of 287–344 ft/min (depending on gauge), with diameters ranging from 3″–100″. Powered by a frequency drive electric motor, it runs quietly while consistently delivering high-quality results.

High-Speed Capacity

• 16–28 gauge (0.016–0.065″) galvanized steel
• 20–28 gauge (0.016–0.040″) stainless steel
• Speeds up to 344 FPM

Heavy-Gauge Capacity 

• 14 gauge (0.066–0.079″) galvanized steel
• 18 gauge (0.041–0.050″) stainless steel
• Speeds up to 287 FPM
