Brian Calcagno

With an extensive background in strategic partnerships and project management, Brian Calcagno has honed his leadership skills across the tech, military, and non-profit sectors. Currently, he serves as the Manager of Industry Partnerships at Procore Technologies, where he leads the company's North American partnership strategy and manages the team responsible for driving key industry association collaborations.

Prior to his time at Procore, Brian spent three years on the Strategic Partnerships team at Team Rubicon. There, he managed a portfolio of corporate partners and generated upwards of $1M in partner contributions by designing and integrating service-driven volunteer programs into corporate HR and CSR strategies.

Beyond his civilian career, Brian served in the California Army National Guard for over eight years as an Aviation Officer. His military leadership included roles as Flight Company Commander and Assistant Operations Officer, where he directed complex aviation operations.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (2007) and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration (2012) from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly, SLO). Leveraging this diverse background, Brian brings strategic rigor, operational excellence, and a unique cross-sector perspective to building meaningful, high-impact brand alliances.
