Casey Puyleart has spent nearly three decades in the trenches of industrial and commercial construction — starting out as a field engineer in 1997 and working his way up through project management before spending years leading BIM/VDC operations at JH Kelly.

Along the way, he built deep expertise running BIM/VDC teams across high-tech manufacturing, power generation, higher education, and utility projects, giving him a front-row seat to what actually works — and what doesn’t — when it comes to optimizing these teams.
