Cody Shook

Cody Shook is currently the Director of Social Media for the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association. Born and raised in Ashburn, Virginia, Shook holds two bachelor’s degrees from West Liberty University and a master’s degree in communications from Syracuse University. Before joining SMACNA, Cody worked as a Producer and Social Media Manager at a sports radio station in Washington, D.C., where he averaged over one million impressions per month on Twitter for eight consecutive months. Shook has been with SMACNA for three years now and has increased the social media following by 60%. Cody continues to promote the sheet metal industry through his engaging content and collaborations with members of the skilled trades industry.
