Erykka Thompson

Erykka Thompson is currently the Director of Learning Integration at SMACNA.  During her career, she has worked for the U.S. Air Force, General Electric (formerly Aviation now Aerospace), Anne Arundel County Public Schools, and SMACNA.  She has worked in customer-facing and operational roles with both products and services.  Her core competencies include: Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Data Analysis.  She is a Change Agent, Compassionate Educator, and Calm Problem Solver.  Overall, her value proposition is to align an organization’s talent, resources, and operations with the company’s goals, plans, policies, and values.
