Pelles transforms trade contractors' knowledge, documents and workflows into AI operating systems.

As an ex-construction lawyer, Yael brings a wide perspective of the construction industry,

stakeholders, and their relationships. She then went on to build her own business and

worked as a sales manager for a tech startup.

Her global experience spans the United States, Middle East and Asia, fostering a

multicultural approach to business, dedicated to innovation and growth.
